Who we are
NYE Media is a youth entrepreneurship community based in Massachusetts, United States. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean NYE Media, and "you" means anyone who uses our site at nyemedia.org.
Eligibility
Our community is oriented toward students. You may use the site and submit information if you are able to form a binding agreement with us. If you are under 18, you should use the site and share information only with the knowledge and involvement of a parent or guardian.
What NYE Media provides
We provide a website, a community, and programming such as innovation challenges, mentorship, interviews, and events. NYE Media is an early, pre-launch initiative. The site and our programs are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and details may change as we grow.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

Please don't submit confidential information belonging to someone else.
Events and challenges
Participation in our events, challenges, and programs may be subject to additional rules, eligibility requirements, or deadlines that we post at the time. We may change, reschedule, or cancel any event or program, and we don't guarantee any particular prize, placement, internship, or outcome unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
The NYE Media name, logo, site design, and content are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for your own purposes without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
Third-party services and links
Our site relies on third-party services (such as our form, hosting, and spam-protection providers) and may link to other websites. Your use of those services and sites is governed by their own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for them.
Disclaimers
The site and our programs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, to the extent permitted by law.
